Is there a clear manual / integration guide on how to integrate the APC 4.0 to IR 3.0? I followed the document found on the Avaya website but it seems that the virtual agent is not logging-in to the system.

Appreciate you immediate help.

We ran into this once before, check to be sure the IR is not playing anything other than "hello" when it goes off hook else the PDS thinks it to be an autov and hangs up
