Avaya PDS User Group: When I spoke to you in September, I indicated that we were planning to end sale of both new systems and upgrades to PDS R12 effective December 31, 2006. We have since revised that date to June 30, 2007. Agent additions will be allowed through December 31, 2007. End of Manufacturer support is scheduled for June 30, 2008. This date was extended based upon feedback from you our customers.
