We are looking at purchasing the PC 4.1 solution for our collections dialing (large Mortgage Co). We have the following requirements and are wanting to talk to anyone who has similar setup: 1. Multiple call centers using S8710 PBX (VoIP solution). 2. Approx 700 - 1000 agents in blended mode. 3. 500K outbound and 1.2 million inbound calls per month.
Anyone out there willing to talk design, implementation, and satisfaction rating?
