My company has used Continuant for the past three years for installs/upgrades and we have been nothing but satisfied. So much so, that as of this year we switched our maintenance/support contract for our Avaya PDS systems over to them after sixteen years with Avaya. The superior service and cost savings are definitely stated correctly. Any issue or question that we may have is responded to within 10-15 minutes by a technician that knows what equipment and customizations we have in our environment.
