We have a customer who use infinity job. During the month they add new records, but at the end of the month the want to recreate calling list from scratch, but to use records, that are AOR marked with AOR attributes. I suppose that i can just read new list from scratch and use latelist/latemark. am i right? or we can use another option for it?

yeah. you don't want to rely on latelist / latemark as your primary way of scrubbing records. If you go through an upgrade these db files are usually blown away. make sure your best practices include updating these to the host file system.
