Hello,

I have a question regarding stopping and restarting a job.

I have a job running with one customer set for recall. I stop this job. Then start again. The planned recall disappears.

Outbound Phone Calls
Records Selected: 3
Phone Calls made: 0
Cur/Run Hit Rate: 100/100%
Agent Connects: 0
Queue: 0
Recalls: 0
Phone Calls Left: 0


I would expect, that AVAYA will know, that THIS one record should be set for recall. In report file (pdstohost) I see, that indeed one telephone number is left active for recall: ANBBNbb

Unfortunatelly as you see above, this phone is not listed in Recalls items.

Is this correct behaviour? What am I doing wrong?

Robert it's not correct. Before start job again you must do a new selection. And in selection you must check which recalls you want to select again.
