I would expect, that AVAYA will know, that THIS one record should be set for recall. In report file (pdstohost) I see, that indeed one telephone number is left active for recall: ANBBNbb
Unfortunatelly as you see above, this phone is not listed in Recalls items.
Is this correct behaviour? What am I doing wrong?

Robert it's not correct. Before start job again you must do a new selection. And in selection you must check which recalls you want to select again.
