Here is the deal. It is pretty basic what I am looking for, but creating the report to show it is not so much.
Essentially what I need is a report to show the total number of agents logged into the dialer during a 15 minute interval.
Example: Jan 3, 2010 - 8:15am - 43 agents Jan 3, 2010 - 8:30am - 37 agents Etc
Hoping that someone has created a report similar to this that you can share your method so that I can confirm this is what I am looking for.
