Hi, I have a PCS 4.1 with PG230 running LIVE and fine for last 3 months. During last month of Dec, the dialer failed to generate any reports say on 21-12-09. The client says they had run campaigns and reports on 21-12-09. Now when i try to run any PDS report with a Date filter criteria, all the dates in the month of december are listed in the drop down list except 21-12-09. How can we validate that the dialer was in fact run on 21-12-09 and if any database issues existed on 21-12-09, is there any specific log files that can be checked on PCS 4.1 Appreciate an early help.
