Jobs working on Avaya, making calls with Virt dialers. Total amount of lines available: 30 Two strategies operating both on first 25 lines, third strategy has 5 lines.
I have high level of errors: Cannot reach as dialed
What may be the reason? From your experience - what is the most common problem for that?

Robert, the main problem of SIT Vacant (SIT means Special Information Tone) the call cannot be completed as dialed. So because you have CTI dialer, this may be a problen on PBX side. You need to check if you can dial this number directly from Avaya phone.
