It occured while opening a report within the Analyst. The logon to the Analyst was successfully.
The administrator has installed the Campaign Director-Suite but never started or configured it after installation. Then user run into this Error while using the Analyst.
We could solve it at this way:
For the first time:
1. Installation and configuration of the Campaign Director Suite as a Dom-/Local-Admin
2. Starting the Analyst, logon and run a report as Dom-/Local-Admin
3. Close all applications and logoff the Dom-/Local-Admin from the Workstation.
4. Logon the user to the workstation
5. Start the Analyst and run a report.
It should works now. At least in our case.
