My Proactive Contact 4.1 Supervisor Software and Telnet stop working on my pc. I recieve a quick logon fail after submitting my user/password. The cd.log states the following;
TRX~treesm~ 22001~9/11/2009 7:46:22 AM~Monitor~GetCredentials~UserName=; UserGroup=~Requested active session information. Session Manager returned 0.
CODE~treesm~ 301~9/11/2009 7:46:30 AM~Monitor~StartSession~~Automation error The specified module could not be found.
I heard the issue is a conflict over how the software utilizes a .dll file and that once this .dll is out of synch the software is hosed. Even a complete reinstall does not fix.
Please reply to my topic with ideas or suggestions.

What new s/w have you loaded to your supervisor pc? I know that the latest and greatest Crystal Reports can't co-exist with the Supervisor software on the same pc.
