Does anyone have any experience having the HAMMER stress testing done on the dialer by Empirix? I am specifically looking for information on doing this type of load testing on Avaya PC4.1, but will take any advise no matter the dialer version.

Typically this testing is done on IVRs and I am trying to figure out if it is beneficial to the dialer given the price.

i'd give load testing on the dialer a big meh. better to put the money into a productivity study imo.
