Does anyone have any experience with utilizing Aspect Optimizer SW with the Avaya PC 4.1 dialer? We are considering moving from an Aspect dialer and have been told by Aspect that the Optimizer software will work with any dialer.

This software is not part of the Avaya Dev Connect Program... meaning, it is not certified with Avaya and not developed in Avaya's lab. Use with caution...

Because the solution is from Avaya's largest competitor in the outbound market Aspect is not able enter the Avaya Dev Connect Program.

We have been using the Aspect Optimizer in batch mode with our Avaya PDS 12 for over a year now. Mostly for our infinite campaigns. It works.
