I manage the IT environment for the outbound contact centre at a large telecom vendor in Canada. We recently commissioned the development of a custom agent application based on the Avaya API. The project was very successful and is now complete.

Can you share some more details on the custom PCS GUI developed using Agent API and if you can share some screen shots, it would be very helpful?
I am looking at ways where in this can be extended to handlin I/B contact center interactions using AIC SDK and thereby manage the I/B & O/B teams effectively.
