I have been trying to test Alternate Initial Phone, but have been having the following issue.
When I test the campaign, it calls the initial phone (phone 1) with no issues, however when it is time to call the alternate phone (phone 2), the campaign shuts down.
If I do the reverse (call phone 2 first) and then switch to phone 1, the same thing happens.
I believe I have the strategy set up incorrectly, but I cannot find what I have wrong.

Just joined this group, but have been using Proactive Contact for about 9 months and a competitor's dialer for about 7 years. The source of your job shutdown may be the lack of dialable records. When a job has no dialable records, it shuts down.
