Hello All,

I need some urgent help on setting up a proper Phone Strategy in the PCS 4.0 Supervisor Editor.

I am running a PG230 with PCS 4.0 and in my calling list records, I have 4 phone numbers, namely Mobile, Home, Office and Other.

The initial phone to dial is the Mobile and if after 3 attempts after an interval of 5 minutes if no connect is made with the customer, I would like to make calls to the customer on either Home or Office number.
During day hours I would like to use Office as the Alternate phone to dial and during evening hours (after 6 PM) I would like to use Home as the alternate phone only if in case the dialer has failed to connect with the customer on the mobile which is the initial phone.

Note:- I will always use the Initial Phone as the first phone number to call before trying the Home or Office numbers.

The other phone number is used as a backup in the calling list to dial in case none of the phone numbers are reachable.

Please advise on how we can achieve this in the PCS dialer.
