hi,
i would like to produce a report at the end of day on the PCS dialer where in i can list against each calling list record all the attempts made and the corresponding response received by the dialer.
Each record may consist of multiple phone numvers like ph-1,ph2 and ph-3.
Is there any utility or mosaix binary which can help me produce such a report,
In my dialer, i have a single calling list and several jobs (10-20) each with its own selections.

you will need to pull all the transactions and dump it in a custom db and run the reports on that db

you can enable postupdate feature and this way PDS stores all the attempts made for last 5 phone numbers.
