Does anybody have any manuals for the CUI analyst reports? Need to run a report that shows date & time a customer was called.

Hi

I do not know of a manual specifically for the CUI reports, but the information you need can be obtained in a number of ways firstly a Transtat report via PC Analysis extract - this can be used to obtain a dump of all calling activity. For an individual record / phone number a standard multiple call report can be used. On the CUI go in to the Reports section, then select System reports, then multiple Call Report. You should then be able to enter a phone or account number.

If you need steps on how to create a PC Analysis extract (the first option) please repost.

Use the multiple calls report to get at that data.

Login system
select reports
select system reports
select - Multiple Call Report

Hi,

i am facing problem in taking All transaction reports by PC ANALYST EXTRACTS Via Putty , it is giving me the report from 28 JAN to till date , i want to pull out the reports of whole month of JAN , so can anybody help me in this process ??

I do not know if this has changed recently, but usually the Transtat file is set to only hold about 5 days of data. This can be changed, I keep a rolling 30 days, your support people would need to change this.
