we are using PC4.01 and we have currently the following situation:
The dialer is working fine. At least it seems so. All tools are available but just the monitor not. It is printing out UNABLE TO CONNECT TO DATA SERVICE.
Does anyone have an idea? We have opened already an ticket with Avaya. But possibly anyone here knows where the problem can be located.

Hi...check that your Oracle version is current (and compatible), and that the ODBC connection is alive...
