I am looking for any insight from anyone who has come from Aspect ( We are currently running Conversations 6) to Avaya PDS likes, dislikes. We are currently evaluating Aspect unified IP and Avaya PDS.

What would you like to know specifically? I have vast experience with UiP & ECM/ALM as well as Mosaix. I am also member of the board of directors with the Aspect User Group Association.
