I installed the Campaign Director in a new PC it gives me the same error when im executing all the reports in the campaign analyst. Can you suggest any trouble shooting that i can do when encountered with this error :
Report Error 567 - Error in File c:\Program Files\Campaign Director\Analyst\Repor\apds-agtTIME.rpt:Page Header or Footer Longer Than A Page

You may need to go to the design view of the Crystal report and make sure that the report is set for landscape. Also make sure that any labels/fields in the header or footer fits to the view.

the other issue you should be sure is that the font is set to Tunga.ttf - have you installed the latest verion - should include sp1- sp4 - also if you did this from scratch - did you remove the earlier version of Oracle

..and also.. sometimes Analyst does not like if your default printer is a workgroup shared network printer (through another PC). If you change to a "normal" network shared printer, this often helps.
I am receiving the same error. Analyst is working only on one machine, on others doesn't want to! checked font, changed default printer did not try crystal report.
Any ideas what can be done to get rid off : Page Header or Footer Longer
It looks like report is generated, but then suddenly collapses!

On Campaign Analyst Reports, the report column headers are garbage characters, but the numeric values are readable.
Reports cannot be previewed, and getting error message'Report Error 567' with information indicating the header and footer of the pages are too long.
Cause
The Tunga font, a Windows system font, has been installed on the system, usually by another application. This font conflicts with Crystal Reports and should be removed. Problem Fix/Workaround/Solution
Remove the Tunga font from the font folder in users Campaign Director workstation. Resolution Plan
Open the Fonts folder, which is located inside the Windows PC's Control Panel If using Windows XP, make sure Control Panel is in Classic View mode in order to see the fonts folder Locate the Tunga font file and relocate it to another location on the PC, such as the desktop or another location. Make sure it is no longer located in the font folder Restart the computer Note: Refer to the attachment for more information.
As i remember we install Analyst on call center computer and everything was fine.
