Fast paced office in Irvine California looking for an experienced operator of the Mosaix Avaya PDS System. Full time position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: *Support call delivery and strategic objectives to specified performance metrics such as idle time, abandonment rate and saturation rates. *Develop, generate and distribute reporting, related to the dialer's performance and strategy objectives. *Administer and monitor changes to dialer strategy and dialer support systems. *Maintain staffing information for optimizing daily jobs through 'best time to call software'. *Troubleshoot and escalate system issues to the appropriate support departments and vendors. *Clearly communicate system status to internal customers and management. *Run multiple jobs at same time. Over 250 agents. Requirements: *At least 1 year of Auto Dialer or Workforce Management experience preferred. *Availability to work variable working hours *Knowledge of Microsoft: Excell, Word and Access *Excellent team work and communication skills *Detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
