1. Multiple time zone tables for collections and telemarketing on the same dialer.
2. The capability to generate a beep tone to notify the customer that they are being recorded.
3. Expand the levels of security past agent and system. We need to have a manager/supervisor setting that will allow them to view campaign information without being able to change settings.
4. The capability to audio monitor individual lines/headset ports, rather than by agent.
5. The ability to disable/enable individual phone lines/headset ports, rather than by the complete T-1.
6. To be able to move multiple agents between jobs, rather than one at a time.
7. Being able to apply filters to running campaigns real time without having to stop the job, change the call selection, re-run it, and restart the job.

And many of the things listed are possible present day - even with v11, v12. It's just not available to the typical user. For instance - each selection can use a different timezone table - it's a parameter that is available.

I agree aswell you can move multiple agents by highlighting the agent and pressing the space bar in telnet. This places an astrik next to the agent and when you hit ok moves them all. Also, there is system1 access that can be used for superviors, however, i'm not certain how much access is really given to them.

We're in process of implementing PC4. From what i have seen in demos, i believe most of the above request will be taken care of. I came from aspect side, and Avaya is new to me, but i will keep you guys up to date with the PC4.
