I am using APC v3 and need to set up backup capabilities in my Acquire VDNs. I have a couple of questions.

Is anyone out there using blend in this manner?

[Confused]

I can do this with other platforms but this is the first request on the APC.

so you're looking to setup different vdns to backup incase one pbx goes down?
or just different vdns?

Hi, Stephen.

I'm looking for different acquire skill (for example to differ agents for different jobs). How can i do this? setup different DG?

For example I have 2 Acquire skill and 3 inbound skill

I want some agent to answer call for 1st O + 1st inb + 2nd inb and other group of agent to answer 2nd O + 2nd I + 3rd I skill. Can I do this?

setup multiple domain groups in the dialer.

you can do this yes.
