The Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (SWPP) is hosting a roundtable discussion for call center professionals who create call forecasts, employee schedules, and provide performance reporting. The event will be held on Wednesday, March 24th at Staples Headquarters in Framingham, MA.
These events are designed to enable attendees to describe their greatest daily challenges and find out how their peers have addressed the same or similar situations. Call Centers from many business segments and sizes are represented at these events because of the similarity of challenges they face.

9:45 a.m. Hot Topic Discussions
11:45 a.m. Wrap-up and Conclusion
