The employees of Thousand Trails would like to thank the members of the AVAYAPDSUG for the thoughtfulness and kindness that was expressed at the user group conference. It means a lot to us. While we intended to be at the meeting our world was turned upside down by Katrina. Many of our people lost their homes and others had to relocate. We turned our calling center into a shelter. What you have seen on TV does not do justice to the reality of it all. Just magnify what you have by a thousand. You have made our lives a little easier.
