Avaya is actively seeking customers to participate in our Product Introduction (Beta) Trials. The ideal candidate should be a new customer prospect or existing Avaya Proactive Contact or PDS customer willing to trial one or more of the new features specified for this release in a live production environment. Additionally, the candidate must agree to the scope and time frame of the Product Introduction (Beta) Trials. Consideration can be made for certain customer lab environments.

Preference for Product Introduction (Beta) Trial participation will be given to candidates with the ability to provide the most diverse and vigorous environment and support our product reference program. In particular we are seeking sites willing to utilize the much requested Multi-Tenancy capability being introduced in this release.

Proactive Contact (PC) 5.1 is the next release of Avaya Proactive Contact. This release will include many enhancements and system support updates. Most notably will be the support of Multi-Tenancy. Also in the release will be the inclusion of features driven by customer enhancement (GRIP) requests, these requests creating many of the new and improved features contained in this release.

Beta candidates are being identified now with the beta trial period targeted to begin in May 2012.
