could you please share with me some detail parameters definition on acdsnapshot tool?

Unfortunately, I could't find anywhere and need this for call blending troubleshooting.

BTW: What could be the potential reason that PAB don't acuire agents form idle state? System(APC 4.2.2/hard dialer) shows non-deternistic behaviour. Recently PDS has been working ca. 2 weeks with no acqiure issues, but yesterday we have experienced few times during production day. Once idle status is lastion up to 5 minutes and more - CB enginge reset is being performed. Sometimes helps..
